Applications

1. Adhesion of plastic runways, fully plastic runways, and hybrid runways in sports venues, school playgrounds, kindergartens, various track and field fields, basketball courts, football fields, fitness paths, and national fitness parks.
2. For large hardened surfaces such as airport runways, aprons, taxiways, and around terminal buildings, special polyurethane caulking glue or caulking glue is often used for overall bonding and crack repair.
3. For traffic markings on asphalt or concrete roads, airport runway markings, etc. use two-component polyurethane marking glue.
4. Paving of playgrounds, golf courses, and community sports facilities.

construction method

1. Base surface treatment
Clean, dust and dry, compact and smooth the concrete base surface, and apply primer or asphalt surface layer if necessary.
2. Primer (bottom layer) construction
Single component polyurethane is used, and the ratio is usually glue: particles≈1:7. Mechanical paving or manual paving, scraping and compacting, with a thickness of about 3-5mm, initial solidification for 3 hours at room temperature, and construction can continue the next day.
3. Surface glue (surface layer) construction
Use polyurethane surface glue and spray or roll coating with EPDM/PU particles, usually two or three times to form a non-slip texture. The thickness of the surface layer is about 10-12mm, and the thickness of the overall track is about 13-15mm. After curing, the surface is smooth and drains smoothly.
4. Seams and caulking
Use special caulking glue or sealing glue to seal the joints between the bottom layer and the surface layer to prevent glue leakage.
5. Underline Use two-component polyurethane marking glue to mark lines according to IAAF standards.
