Features & Benefits
1. Single component, neutral curing, convenient construction.
2. After curing, elastic silicone is formed, which can maintain good elasticity in a wide temperature range of-50°C to 150°C, and can meet the displacement of doors and windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
3. Excellent weather resistance, with anti-ultraviolet, anti-ozone, anti-rain, anti-ice and snow and other aging properties, and can still maintain the sealing effect after long-term exposure outdoors.
4. It has good adhesion to a variety of building materials without primer.
5. Contains no organic solvents, low VOC emissions, and meets green construction requirements.
6. After curing, a continuous elastic film is formed, which can prevent the penetration of rain, air and noise, and improve the airtight and watertight performance of doors and windows.
Applications
1. Suitable for frame and leaf connection parts of various materials such as aluminum alloy doors and windows, plastic steel doors and windows, wooden doors and windows, steel doors and windows.
2. The joint use of structural adhesives and weather-resistant adhesives on curtain walls and glass curtain walls can achieve large-area, complex-shaped waterproofing and seepage prevention.
3. In energy-saving and thermal insulation door and window systems, the low thermal conductivity and good elasticity of the sealant help improve the overall thermal performance.
4. Door and window glue can be used for secondary reinforcement and anti-seepage in scenarios such as replacing old doors and windows, filling window holes, and secondary sealing of door frames and walls.
5. Special environment: Door and window adhesives that are resistant to high and low temperatures and salt spray can be used on coasts, cold areas, and projects with extremely high durability requirements.

construction method
Use neutral detergent to thoroughly remove oil, dust and old glue residue on door frames, walls, and glass surfaces to ensure that the base material is dry and pollution-free. Check the base material: Confirm that the base material complies with the applicable scope of the product description, and perform anti-rust or anti-corrosion treatment if necessary. First put foam strips or elastic caulking materials into the gap between the door and window frame and the wall to ensure that the gap width is above 6-8mm to facilitate subsequent glue injection. Extrude the micelles evenly along the predetermined direction, keeping the glue width and thickness continuous and without bubbles. The opening angle of the glue nozzle should be kept at about 45° with the seam. Use a scraper or spatula to quickly compact and smooth the micelles to make the surface smooth and even in thickness to avoid bumps or holes. Put protective tape on the adhesive surface to prevent contamination or being crushed by external forces during construction; wait until the colloid solidifies for the specified time (usually 24 hours) before tearing it off.
