1. One-component, room temperature vulcanization (RTV) silicone sealant.

Applications

3. Waterproof and oil-proof steering knuckle, suspension strut and axle housing.
4. The engines, pump bodies, valve covers and other sealing parts of ships, motorcycles and other machinery require oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant sealing parts.
5. Large-area joint surfaces such as valves, pipe flanges, and storage tanks of machinery and chemical equipment.

construction method
Remove oil, dust, rust and other impurities on the surface to be bonded, and ensure that the surface is dry and smooth. Use a special glue gun or manual extrusion to evenly apply the colloid on the joint surface, align and close the two parts to be sealed, and use bolts or other fasteners to tighten according to the designed torque. After curing, an elastic sealing gasket is formed. Check whether the seal is even and without bubbles, and confirm that the pressing force meets the design requirements before it can be put into use.
