construction method
The surface must be clean, dry and free of oil and dust; use a suitable solvent such as isopropyl alcohol to clean. Do not use soap or detergent. In order to obtain a more beautiful effect, tape can be used to cover both sides of the joint surface before gluing; cut the glue nozzle according to the required diameter and load it into the glue gun for later use; trim the sealant immediately and remove the masking tape (within about 10 minutes); if you need to maintain a specific glue joint width, you can place filling rods or battens on both sides of the interface. Before the colloid surface solidifies (about 6~15 minutes), immediately use a special mirror spatula/ plastic scraper or silicone smooth strip to level it. Use one-way, uniform scraping and pressing action to press excess colloid back into the glue seam, making the glue surface form a smooth and flat mirror effect. Use a solvent such as isopropyl alcohol, MEK, or rubbing alcohol to remove residual sealant.
