Applications

1. Secondary sealing of building doors, windows and curtain walls: used in conjunction with the first layer of butyl hot melt adhesive to achieve double sealing and improve air tightness and durability.
2. Glass curtain wall and point-supported curtain wall: used for structural bonding and sealing of hidden frames, semi-hidden frames and all-glass curtain walls.
3. Transportation glass components: The insulating glass of trains, cars and other transportation vehicles is equipped with secondary seals.
4. Refrigeration and cold chain equipment: sealing of insulating glass in refrigerators, freezers and other home appliances to prevent condensation and thermal bridges.
5. Other non-structural glass sealing: such as glass partitions, decorative glass, photovoltaic glass and other occasions that require secondary sealing.

construction method

Remove grease, dust, moisture, old glue and other contaminants, and use solvents such as xylene and isopropyl alcohol for two-cloth cleaning to ensure the surface is dry and hard.Components A and B are mixed quickly in a closed mixing system according to the volume ratio indicated by the product (commonly 10:1); manual mixing is not recommended to avoid moisture in the air affecting curing. Use a special two-component silicone glue machine to continuously extrude and fill the interface between the glass and the aluminum frame to ensure that there are no bubbles; flatten and concave the glue surface before it forms a skin. Remove the mask ing tape promptly before the adhesive surface forms skin to prevent contamination. Conduct compatibility tests and bonding strength tests before construction to ensure the compatibility of the colloid with the base material and other sealants; check that the thickness of the glue joint is not less than 3.5mm after curing to avoid tensile rupture caused by three-sided bonding.
