construction method
Clean all seams and remove all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealant, surface dirt or protective coatings. The base component and curing agent are 9:1-11:1 by volume and 14:176:1 by weight. Use an airless two-component silicone applicator to mix the base component and curing agent thoroughly. Trimming should be done immediately after gluing. Trimming can be accomplished within 5 minutes of application using a brush or tool dipped in solvent. Masking tape can also be used to mask the surface before gluing and remove the tape immediately after application for a neat finish surface. After use, it is recommended to clean the sizing equipment thoroughly with base components or special solvents.
