construction method
The base layer must be clean, flat, and dry. The lawn rolls need to be unfolded and left to dry for several hours before laying to eliminate the internal stress generated by the rolls. Pour component B into component A according to the ratio specified by the product (common ratio is 9:1 weight ratio or 3.5-4:1 volume ratio). Use a hand mixer or electric mixer to stir for 2-3 minutes until the color is uniform and bubble-free. Pour the mixed glue evenly into the construction area, and use a professional rake or scraper to scrape it evenly according to the designed thickness. For seam tape bonding, apply glue evenly on the seam strips and let it sit for 70-80 minutes before laying the lawn boards. The opening time (operable time) is generally 30-50 minutes, and all glue application should be completed within 40-60 minutes of working time. Use heavy objects or pressure rollers to moderately compact the laid lawn to improve the bonding density. The initial curing takes about 2 hours, light walking load can be withstood after 12 hours, and it is recommended to maintain it for more than 24 hours when fully cured (ready for use).
