construction method
Make sure the bonding surface is dry, clean, free of oil and dust. Use a glue gun to extrude MS nail-free glue to form a uniform bonding layer. For line installation, it is recommended to use point gluing (squeeze out a piece of glue at a certain distance) to form an elastic joint to prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction; for veneer bonding (such as stone, wall), linear gluing (squeezing out a strip of glue along the joint) is required. MS nail-free adhesive has a high initial viscosity and can be positioned within 5-10 minutes after extrusion to ensure alignment of the bonded parts. Once aligned, the bonding surface needs to be pressed firmly to expel the internal air and ensure that the colloid fully contacts the base surface. MS nail-free adhesive usually reaches its final strength 24-48 hours after bonding, and external impact should be avoided during this period.
