Caraterísticas e vantagens

Aplicações

1. The first sealing of building doors, windows and curtain walls is a key link in the double sealing process of insulating glass.
2. This glue is often used for initial sealing of insulated glass components of household appliances such as refrigerator s and freezers, as well as glass units of trains, automobiles and other means of transportation.
3. It can also be used in other occasions that require high air tightness and moisture resistance, such as building envelopes, energy-saving window systems, etc.

construction method

Load the butyl glue into a special coating machine and heat it to 110℃-130℃ to turn it into a hot-melt state. Through the pressurized extrusion system, the hot melt adhesive is evenly extruded and coated on both sides of the aluminum frame (aluminum strip) with the cooperation of the conveyor belt. After the glue layer is cooled, the second sealing (commonly used polysulfide rubber or silicone structural glue) is performed to complete the double sealing structure. Before construction, cotton gauze or a clean cloth must be used to thoroughly remove dust, oil and moisture on the surface of the aluminum frame to ensure good bonding between the adhesive layer and the base material. The recommended construction temperature is 10℃-40℃ to avoid colloid aging caused by high temperature (>160℃).
