1.Single-component, neutral curing, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone sealant.
2.The process is simple, and the room-temperature curing allows for the formation of a complete sealing layer within minutes to tens of minutes, restoring the tire’s airtightness. This eliminates the need for high-temperature, high-pressure equipment, making on-site repair extremely convenient.
3.With a wide temperature range, it maintains its elasticity and strength after curing between 60°C and 200°C (long-term) and even 50°C and 250°C (short-term), ensuring continued sealing performance even in extreme climates.
4.It exhibits excellent weather resistance, possessing properties such as resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, aging, and chemical corrosion (acids, alkalis, and oils), enabling it to resist oxidation, ultraviolet radiation, and corrosion from fuel and engine oil in the tire’s working environment.
5.It exhibits strong adhesion to metal, glass, and rubber substrates, with particularly remarkable bonding effects on natural and synthetic rubber.

Applications

1.Sealing, shock absorption, and waterproofing adhesives used in vehicle doors, engine compartments, chassis, and other areas; providing insulation protection at electrical connections inside the vehicle.
2.As a potting compound for electronic components, a moisture-proof and dust-proof material for circuit boards, and an insulating material for high-frequency circuits.
3.Used for aerospace engine compartment sealing, structural thermal insulation, and fire-retardant coatings, it maintains performance under extreme temperature and high pressure environments.
4.In the medical device field, it is used to manufacture sealing valves, catheters, and disposable packaging, meeting the requirements of being non-toxic and resistant to disinfectants.
5.Waterproof and moisture-proof sealing for window frames, curtain walls and pipes.
