Features & Benefits

1.Single-component, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone sealant.
2.Operating within a wide temperature range of -60°C to +300°C.
3.Excellent resistance to various media, showing good resistance to oil, fuel, gas, water and ultraviolet light aging. No corrosion occurs on the metal surface.
4.It has good thixotropic properties and no shrinkage. During construction, it can be easily extruded and shaped. After curing, the volume hardly shrinks.
5.High strength and elongation, maintaining sealing even under a pressure of over 10 MPa.

Applications

1.Anti-leakage measures for engine cylinder heads, oil pans, intake and exhaust ports, cooling systems, etc.
2.High-pressure seals such as gearbox housing, differential, and transmission oil seals.
3.Water and oil resistant properties of steering knuckles, suspension struts, and axle housings.
4.Oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing components such as engines, pump bodies, and valve covers in ships, motorcycles, and other machinery.
5.Large-area mating surfaces of valves, pipe flanges, storage tanks, etc. in mechanical and chemical equipment.
